Another user noted on a DSLReports forum that “Having an issue today with my network box. It lost my custom IP address scheme and went back to default. Now I can’t access the advanced menu.” It seems even hard reset was not solving the problems, a customer wrote on DownDetector that, “I tried the factory reset on the Network Box, but that didn’t work.” Two hours back a Twitter handle @BrooklynMediaCo reported that the Wi-Fi connections have started working again as Google had probably rolled back the router update.
