It was expected to be upgraded to Android 5.0 Lollipop by March this year but after numerous delays, it was announced that the device will jump directly to the newer Android 5.1 version of Lollipop. The update will be an over-the-air (OTA) one and have the build number 23.11.33. The accused, Park Jin Hyok worked as part of a team of hackers, also known as the Lazarus Group, has been charged under the strategy planned by the U.S. government for naming and shaming the hackers in order to prevent future cyber attacks.
